Shift Pattern/ Working Hours: Monday- Friday 09:00-17:00

The Role

Responsible for working closely with our Project Manager and Project team to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources and timeframes. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, maintaining project documentation and handling client’s queries.

The main duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards, while keeping all stakeholders informed via effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
  • Aid in analysing risks and opportunities
  • Aid the PM with procurement requests
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues/delays that arise
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
  • Supporting PM and Ops support manager in creating and maintaining various documentation such as high-level SOPs, reports, flow charts, presentations etc.

Skills/Experience/Qualifications

Essential experience, skills & behaviours

  • Previous Administrative experience
  • Ability to communicate well at all levels within the business
  • Excellent accuracy when recording data
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure, and to a tight timescal
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
  • Have excellent problem solving, analytical and organisational skills
  • Have the ability to identify and suggest improvements
  • PC Literate in Word, Excel and Outlook, excellent computer skills in using MS office and project managing tools
  • An organised and focused approach to all administrative duties
  • Should demonstrate the drive and desire to progress
  • Enthusiasm, drive and commitment
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Team player who is capable of working on their own initiative
  • Full UK Driving Licence Cat B

Desirable Experience, Skills & Behaviours

  • Knowledge of Warehouse Operations
  • Knowledge of WMS System

Successful candidate(s) will be required to undergo a basic Disclosure and Barring Services (DBS) Check.
