About The Role

Are you seeking a diligent gatekeeper to safeguard your premises with precision and professionalism? Look no further! Our Security Receptionist role offers 20 hours per week, strategically positioned at the heart of the city with unparalleled transport links. From Monday - Friday, 7 am to 9 am, we ensure a smooth start to your day by unlocking doors, greeting everyone with a warm smile and facilitating a secure entry. As the day draws to a close, from 5 pm to 7 pm, we meticulously lock up, ensuring the premises remains protected overnight. Plus, enjoy the added perk of free parking at the rear of the building. Elevate your security standards with our dedicated team member, providing peace of mind and professionalism at every turn.

Job Opportunity

• Greet visitors and employees with a friendly and professional demeanour, ensuring a positive experience for all
• Provide assistance and directions as needed to enhance visitor satisfaction and navigation
• Open the premises promptly at 7am-9am and ensure timely and secure closure at 5pm-7pm
• Conduct thorough checks on all doors and windows to maintain security protocols
• Verify the identity and credentials of individuals entering the premises, issuing and validating passes accordingly
  
  

Essential Skills

• SIA Licence
• Access to vehicle/good transport links
• RTW and 5year checkable history including education and/or employment
• Good Customer Service and Strong Communication skills
• Flexible and Reliable
