Get ready to kickstart your career with an exciting opportunity in customer service and housing repairs! As a Repairs Customer Contact Apprentice, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering top-tier support to both external and internal customers regarding housing repairs.
Your journey as an Apprentice
You'll be on a 17-month Fixed Term Contract where you'll immerse yourself in a supportive learning environment. Beginning in the Customer Contact team, you'll delve into Repairs and Customer Resolutions, guided by a team of experienced professionals.
At the end of your apprenticeship, you'll have the opportunity to transition into a full-fledged Customer Contact Advisor role, or explore other departments with the new skill set and experience you’ve gained
Qualification - Level 2 Housing & Property Management Assistant
Duration - 17 months
Provider - London Consortium Community Interest Company
Location - Blend of office and remote working
Learning time - 6hrs per week off the job learning (1 day a week) with the
training provider.
The remainder of your week will be spent in the role either at our stylish Milton Keynes office (2 days minimum) or working from home once you’ve settled into the role.
What you’ll be doing
Promptly responding to customer demand, taking ownership of enquiries.
Using scripting tools to diagnose repairs and schedule appointments efficiently.
Coordinating with internal teams and contractors for smooth repair progress.
Handling stage 1 complaints following regulatory standards, issuing official responses.
Maintaining accurate customer information for effective communication and trend analysis.
Collaborating with various departments to understand broader business functions.
Proactively solving problems, turning negative feedback into positive outcomes.
No prior experience is needed for this role, just a willingness to learn and a passion for exceptional customer service

Clear, confident communication abilities.
A proactive, can-do attitude.
Willingness to learn and take-on feedback.
Ability to handle diverse customer interactions.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.
You’ll need to have GCSE grade A-C or 4-9 points in both English and Maths. If you don’t have this don’t worry we will support you to complete Level 2 English and Maths prior to your end-point assessment
