Purpose of the Role

Join the Product Strategy and Delivery team as Product Strategy Manager where you'll integrate with cross functional teams in Design, Engineering, Project Management, Purchasing and more in order to drive Mulliner’s product strategy in new product creation. This is a newly created role within Mulliner, which will continue to evolve but will have a high value impact in enabling us to define new products that will delight our customers. Reporting into the Chief Product Officer your main responsibilities include;

  • Defining the future product strategy for Mulliner and Motorsport
  • Agreeing delivery plans and targets with key stakeholders
  • Future planning and integrating with the product line lifecycle plans
  • Gathering and interpreting insights to influence product strategy.
  • Bridging the gap between Mulliner and other cross functional teams to communicate product concepts clearly and drive revenue and profit opportunities.
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams across Bentley to drive delivery and meet objectives of the strategy within cost, quality and time.

About The Team

The Product Strategy and Delivery team is responsible for determining our future product portfolio, aligning with the Beyond100 strategy and delivering on key business goals. The team is a part of Mulliner, which is renowned throughout the automotive world for crafting some of the most individualised Bentleys ever created and has three distinct product offerings: Coachbuilt, Classic and Collections.

About You – Skills And Experience

  • Experience in developing product roadmaps including strategy, positioning and planning for vehicle architectures
  • Experience leveraging technology and data to define products and influence decision making
  • Experience working in a highly ambiguous, fast paced environment
  • Demonstrable experience solving complex problems
  • Experience working in Automotive or Engineering industries
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with cross functional stakeholders up to C-level
