Careline Lifestyles is a specialist provider of residential and nursing care for adults with acquired brain injuries, neurological conditions, mental health needs, learning and complex physical disabilities. We are family run and have been established for over 30 years. Careline Lifestyles have an in-house team of dedicated professionals that supports people to live meaningful lives and reach their personal potential.

We have have the opportunity in appointing a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual, and someone who is eager to develop themselves and the role to highest level. The successful applicant requires an experienced and flexible hands-on approach, someone who will subject to highly confidential information and who will be able to maintain total confidentiality.

This role will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

Key Responsibilities

To act as a point of contact between CEO and management teams

To organise, schedule, and prepare for meetings with a higher ability to assess and analyse objectives with an executive summary and strategy plan.

To be able to communicate with executives for meetings and arrange agendas for the purpose of reaching a targeted outcome.

To manage set projects from start to finish and follow up with team members

Prioritise and structure objectives to meet timeframes and business needs

To undertake minutes of meetings and following up on issues arising thereon

Manage scheduling of the objectives for company executives

To organise and maintain effective administrative and filing systems, both paper and electronic, to ensure an efficient working environment

Qualifications And Skills

  • Previous experience in the same role is preferred.
  • Strong well developed organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data protection regulations
  • Highly organised
  • A high level of flexibility is required.

Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks

Ideally educated to degree level

Professional discretion

The ability to work under extreme pressure and strict deadlines

Understanding of project management

Flexibility in working hours

Professional and friendly demeanour

Thorough attention to details

Self-motivated but able to work as a team
