About The Role

We are currently recruiting for a General Practitioner (GP) to join a well-established primary care practice. As a GP, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to individuals and families in the community. You will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals and utilize your clinical expertise to diagnose and manage a diverse range of medical conditions.

Duties Will Include

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care
• Manage acute and chronic health conditions, conduct routine health screenings, and provide preventive care interventions.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on evidence-based practice guidelines and patient preferences.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, promote wellness, and optimize patient outcome
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical protocols and best practices.
