Our client, a growing architectural practice based in Worthing, are seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join its expanding team. The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will be working for a company that specialise in the design and delivery of a variety of projects predominantly within the residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors.

The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will be working for a company that specialise in the design and delivery of a variety of projects predominantly within the residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors.
Senior Architectural Technologist Position Overview
- Working on a range of exciting residential, commercial and mixed-use projects
- Liaising with clients
- Produce technical details / drawings
- Assisting with any issues quickly
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders
- Working across projects at all RIBA stages
- Working on projects within various sectors
- Technical detailing
- Run projects
- Produce high-quality drawings on Revit and AutoCAD
- Develop project briefs and work on these as the project progresses
- Going to site and producing various reports
- Minimum 5 years' relevant UK experience
- Highly motivated & strong work ethic
- Residential experience highly advantageous
- High technical ability
- Based in or around Worthing
- Ability to help / mentor colleagues
- Revit / AutoCAD knowledge highly advantageous
- Competitive salary (£30,000 - £45,000 DOE)
