The Role

• Manage the purchase ledger, processing and matching invoices, payment runs
• Sales ledger, producing sales invoices
• Credit control duties, chasing payments and ensuring timely payments are made
• Bank reconciliations
• Assisting with management account duties and month end
• Assisting in other areas where required including assisting with preparations for audit
• Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries
  
  

The Person

• AAT qualified or studying is an advantage
• Experience using SAGE 200 would be an advantage
• At least 2+ years within an all-around accounts role is essential
• Knowledge of Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and Credit Control
