As a Senior Machine Learning Product Manager, you will articulate the vision for the team in line with the company AI strategy, establish roadmaps for delivery and define key KPIs for measuring success. 

You will collaborate with machine learning scientists, engineers, and architects to translate business problems into machine learning problems, as well as playing an active role in the delivery of data product from hypothesis to implementation and communication.

You will be part of an AI and wider product manager community with events, knowledge shares and meet-ups, all to support your product manager development journey, ensuring you can be the absolute best version of yourself at ASOS.

At ASOS, as an online only retailer, we have unique datasets - transactions and click streams for millions of customers and photos, videos, and text descriptions of hundreds of thousands of products.



About you

  • You have experience managing an internal or customer-facing ML product from conception to go live through all stages of the development lifecycle. 
  • You are an individual with a strong problem-solving mindset, doing what it takes to solve the problem for the customer, internal or external. .
  • You’re collaborative and empathic. Understands and promotes that highly functioning successful modern working environments are predicated on collaborative servant leadership models, not command and control.
  • You thrive in leading a cross-functional team, including scientists, engineers, and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • You have a keen interest in data and a broad understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms.
  • You have exposure to managing product managers, empowering them to achieve great results, through inspiring development,  mentorship or coaching.
