What Are We Looking For?
Due to continued growth, our Senior Leadership team is looking to recruit an Executive Assistant to be based from our Edinburgh office on a permanent basis. In this role you will be responsible for providing confidential and professional administrative support to our CEO, COO, and CFO, which requires a combination of administrative, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
We are considering both part-time (Monday – Friday, 20 hours per week) and full-time options for this position, with the added responsibility of managing the general office administrative tasks for the team in Edinburgh
Some of Your Key Duties Include:
C-suite diary management, including the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handling all incoming calls and correspondence, managing messages as required
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
Meeting coordination - organise and prepare for meetings, including document management and arranging logistics
Plan and execute corporate events, such as board meetings, conferences, and executive sessions
Handling confidential information with discretion and integrity
Management of the general office administrative function
What Do You Need?
Prior experience of working in an Executive Assistant (or similar) role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to organise and prioritise your workload
A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, specifically PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
Experience of carrying out copy-writing tasks, with a strong attention to detail
Full UK Driving Licence
