As a member of the team, you will be part of the importing and exporting processes from many international origins and destinations. You'll be dealing with the administrative and data entry elements ensuring our product is delivered to our UK warehouses on time so we can service our customers’ needs.

Attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a drive to learn are key traits for this role. You will be required to communicate with both external and internal customers, Microsoft Office Skills are essential and the ability to work as part of a team or individually to strict deadlines is a must. We love working as a team so you will be a natural people person with a great sense of fun!

A peek into your daily adventures

  • Assisting in the data entry and updating of all Inbound shipments in line with the current processes.
  • Reconciling Invoices to WMS (Warehouse Management System)
  • Supporting the team with all daily tasks, ensuring data is accurately inputted into WMS (Warehouse Management System)
  • Liaising with other departments concerning bookings and updates.
  • Communicating with internal & external customers via email and Microsoft Teams.
  • Assisting with all Supplier documents (packing list/invoice) needed for Imports, communicating any issues to the relevant Supplier.
  • Uploading data files onto WMS in preparation for Stock updates from 3PL warehouses.
  • Monitoring bookings for delivery and estimated arrival dates are updated in line with the current process.
  • Ensure all relevant documents are correct and filed for auditing purposes.
  • Liaising with 3PL Warehouse teams on stock accuracy issues, picking processes and updates ensuring information is communicated to relevant departments.
  • Complete all departmental daily/weekly reports as instructed by the Supply Operations team.
  • Any other ad hoc duties provided by the supply Operations Management team.
  • You’ll have a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills. You would be required to communicate with both External and Internal Customers
  • An appetite to learn and develop.
  • Microsoft Office Skills are essential.
  • The ability to work amazingly as part of a team but you’ll also be a dab hand at working independently to strict deadlines.
