This role is based in the UK and the right to work in the UK must be established as part of the recruitment process.

• Excellent pay rates - from £12.15 to £14.50 per hour, plus enhanced weekend, evenings and bank holiday rates.

• Minimum 1 hour calls – so you have the time needed with client.

Duties can include:

• Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit.
• Help with everyday tasks such as: meal preparation and light housework.
• Accompanying to appointments or shopping - own reliable form of transportation and full driving licence is required.
• Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing to promote independence.

We provide care to the locations such as BS2, BS4, BS5, BS14, BS15, BS16, BS30 and BS31.

We welcome Care Professionals who share our values, whether you have previous care experience or not. You will be provided with all the training you need to be a confident and skilled Care Assistant. We aim to provide the greatest possible service to our clients. To do that, we need applicants who are naturally sensitive, kind, and patient. We want a team that treats each of our clients as if they were members of their own family.

What we are looking for:

• A great timekeeper who is also organised and reliable.
• Individuals who are compassionate and caring.
• People who never fail to treat clients with dignity and respect.
• An excellent listener, the ability to communicate properly, and the ability to create connections with clients and their families in a pleasant and kind manner are all required.
• Full UK driving licence or suitable use of transport due to commuting to individuals houses to provide care.
• Working alternative weekends is required due to our company rapidly growing!
