Warehouse Assistant

As one of our warehouse team members, your goal is to deliver a great customer experience every day. You may not be face-to-face with customers all the time, but everything you do is for them.

Responsibilities

• Giving great customer service by helping customers with various transactions across the store.
• Receipting store deliveries and breaking those down by department.
• Ensuring all store equipment is well looked after.
• Working with your team to warehouse cleanliness is kept to high standard - sweeping, recycling bailing, pallet uplifts, general housekeeping.
• Carry out other tasks in store - carpark litter picking, salting roads etc.
• You will also work on the shopfloor and support Operations Experts and other areas of the store as and when required.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• You have a passion for delivering a great customer experience, serving everyone with a smile.
• Ideally, you have experience within a warehouse environment.
• Have a forklift license or be in a position to attend forklift training.
• Ability to lift heavy objects as the horti team can be heavily relied on for big moves and large projects in store.
• You work well within a team, builds relationships and have fun, whilst celebrating success.
• You show up to work on time, well presented and bring your can do and hardworking attitude along with you.
• You are eager to learn new skills and gain new experiences.
• You flourish in a busy, fast-paced environment.
