As the Head of Sociology and Psychology Teacher, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop the sociology and psychology department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning experiences for students. Your role will involve leading by example, mentoring and supporting colleagues, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive departmental culture.

- Collaborating with senior leadership to set departmental goals and priorities, and contributing to whole-school initiatives and strategies.
- Building positive relationships with students, parents, and external stakeholders to support the success of the department and its students.
