Are you a Graduate Engineer with degree in either Structural / Rail / Civil / Building Services or similar looking to kickstart your career within an employee-owned business that will prioritise career and personal growth through funding qualifications, while providing exposure to a wide array of captivating and high-value projects?

In this role, you will collaborate with directors, engineers, and technicians across various projects, primarily within rail but with exposure to other disciplines. Responsibilities include preparing calculations, conducting site inspections, guiding technicians, managing projects from conception to construction, preparing reports, attending meetings, and assisting with staff training and mentoring. You will contribute to diverse and exciting projects while supporting the business's inclusive and developmental culture.

THE ROLE
