Quantity Surveyor

Career-Bridge Recruitment are working with a growing private residential property developer in Exeter who are looking for a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a permanent basis. You will be working alongside the Senior Quantity Surveyor on new build residential schemes throughout Exeter and surrounding areas.

Day to day duties

• You will be overseeing procurement and contract administration on live projects through to final account
• Working alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor on new build residential schemes ranging in size up to 300 units this will be working on houses and apartment projects
• You will be reporting into the Senior Quantity Surveyor and the Managing Director
• Working on interesting builds for a rapidly growing Southwest based company
• Cost planning, life cycle costing, procurement, and tendering
• Commercial management, as well as contract administration
  
  

You will need

• Experience and already working for a residential developer
• Working and running projects on your own commercially
• To be a driven, ambitious, and enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor
• A forward-thinking team player
• Full UK driving licence
  
  

In Return

• A completive salary £45,000 - £65,000 depending on experience
• Company car allowance
