Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Assistance with preparation of monthly and annual management accounts.
  • P&L, balance sheet analysis.
  • Quarterly VAT submissions through MTD.
  • Project accounting – posting accruals and deferrals.
  • Setting up bank payments.
  • Cashbook management.
  • Assistance with preparation of monthly payroll for approval.
  • Working closely with the team to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Preparation of I/co invoices.
  • Preparation of monthly entries for entities in the EA region.
  • Assist with preparation of sales invoices.
  • Assistance with any other tasks as required.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Oil & Gas experience preferred but not essential.
  • Experience with payroll beneficial.
  • SAGE 200 experience beneficial.
  • Accounting/Finance related degree beneficial.
  • Part qualified applicants will be supported through professional exams.
