Home Instead Bristol North is a CQC-rated Outstanding provider of non-medical care and companionship services for older people, in their own homes, including personal care where needed. We have minimum visits of 1 hour, award-winning training, and an excellent reputation we are immensely proud of the quality of care we provide. We match Clients and Care assistants, on regular rota visits, based on mutual interests and hobbies, to help build bonds of trust and help us provide personalised support. We take our clients out shopping or for drives or even just walks - the choice is theirs!

Do you have some evenings to spare and the desire to make a difference in your community? If so, why not join our team of home carers and help us support our clients, enabling them to live safely and independently in their own homes for as long as possible.

This could be by helping with jobs around the home, meal preparation, prompting medication, encouraging interests and hobbies, and assisting with evening/bedtime routines. 

Some of the areas we cover include Henleaze, Westbury-on-Trym, Horfield, Henbury, Brentry, Shirehampton, Stoke Bishop, Coombe Dingle and Southmead.



Previous experience is beneficial but not essential. What we look for are caring and thoughtful people who share our vision to support others as you would your own family. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful, and enjoy building professional friendships and be comfortable spending time in the company of others.

A clean drivers license and access to you own transport is required as the role involves supporting clients in various locations and taking them out to appointments/shopping/places of interest.
