The impact you’ll have

We are looking for a part-time receptionist on a 12 month FTC in our London HQ to support us on our busiest office days of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and provide some additional support to our People team when required. 

Reporting into the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for welcoming all visitors to the office, including employees, contractors, suppliers, and job applicants, as well as managing post, deliveries and other general duties around the office. You will have shared responsibilities relating to the office and will be able to help people with their queries or signpost them to another team if needed.

Working Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Working Hours: 9am - 5:30pm

Your day-to-day:


  • Greeting and welcoming visitors, directing them appropriately through the office and supplying them with refreshments as they wait


  • Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs


  • Maintaining clean, tidy and safe reception area


  • Keeping the staff kitchen area clear and well-stocked throughout the day


  • Maintain meeting room calendars, moving around meetings to accommodate everyone where possible


  • Sorting, scanning and distributing mail and receiving incoming deliveries


  • Preparing meetings rooms and ensure they are ready at appropriate standards


  • Meet and greet candidates who are onsite for interview and provide a positive candidate experience


Your skillset:


  • Experience of working in an office environment


  • Proficiency with Google suite and office tools


  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills


  • Good written and verbal communication


  • Good at time management, organisation and multitasking


  • Ability to work independently




The interview journey:


  • Talent Acquisition Partner screening - 30 mins


  • Final stage  with Facilities Manager and Head of People - 1 hour
