With the continued growth of our estate, we are looking for a new Operations Manager to join our Operations team and oversee 6-8 venues in the M4/M40 area. This role will require frequent travel and some overnight stays - a company car is provided.

As one of our Operations Managers, you’ll be supporting the General Managers and the venue management teams to deliver the high-quality guest experience we’ve become famous for. You’ll focus on the development of your people, delivering the brand standards, and ensuring your venues consistently perform to a high level. You’ll report directly to our Head of Operations, whilst working with a wide variety of Support teams across the business.

As our Operations Manager, your day-to-day will consist of:

  • Cultivating a culture of hospitality and care, where every guest feels valued and every team member feels supported and appreciated.
  • Leading by example in providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests, fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Development of your team, offering guidance, training, and recognition to nurture their growth and success.
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment where team members are empowered to excel and contribute to the success of the business.
  • Set clear performance expectations and goals for venue teams, following up with regular reviews
  • Conducting venue audits (brand standards and H&S)
  • Implementing initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Consistent delivery of operational policies and procedures that prioritise guest satisfaction, team member well-being, and business success.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and achieve operational excellence.
  • Managing multiple venue budgets successfully and ownership of all controls within company expectations.

To be our next Operations Manager, you’ll need;

  • 5 years experience managing venues as an Area Manager/Regional Manager/Operations Manager preferably within hospitality sector.
  • A clear passion for great hospitality.
  • To be a natural leader who can inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
  • First-class organisational skills and the ability to work on multiple priorities.
  • The ability to communicate with stakeholders across the business.
  • A proven track record of people development.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen and the ability to articulate business strategy

The successful Operations Manager will receive:
