We have an exciting opportunity for a talented, enthusiastic and ‘can-do’ person to join our award-winning team, to help mentor, develop and train our top-quality Care Professionals, matching them to clients’ personalities and interests, so they can develop a friendship with regular clients,



Job Purpose

To support the training team, being responsible for administration organisation to improve the knowledge, skills, and competence of Care Professionals.

The Role

  • Support the management of the Learning Management System, ensuring training records and teams training compliance is up-to date at all times.
  • Ensure Care Professional Experience documentation e.g. training and recruitment materials are kept up to date.
  • Complete on the job competency assessments to ensure Care Professionals have the right skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with the office team to ensure all new Care Professionals are fully supported in their first 3 months of employment.
  • Develop training and enhance the skills of the existing team through personal development plans.
  • Identify and agree additional training or development needed to build competence and confidence of Care Professional.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of all training, identifying training gaps and recommending relevant training solutions to meet these needs.
  • Work with Care Professionals and role model high quality care in the client’s home.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring training records and the team's training compliance is up-to date at all time.
  • Support to deliver the country specific Induction Training programme for all new Care Professionals, ensuring they attain the relevant level of competence to deliver their role.
  • Support with delivering training as outlined in the Care Professional Development Journey for all Care Professionals, ensuring all relevant refresher training is completed within the correct timescales.
  • To keep up to date with all new developments in the Health and Social Care Sector and ensure all training materials reflect current legislative requirements.
  • Identify relevant funding opportunities for training.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Be organised and flexible to meet the needs of the business.
  • Basic knowledge of health and social care.
  • Ability to communicate and motivate others, helping them to achieve their potential.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Must be prepared to support with the delivery of training programmes and presentations.
  • Varied working hours between Monday and Sunday
  • Must have access to own vehicle 
  • Be responsive to emergencies in the Milton Keynes area within a 15 minute timeframe

Starting Salary in the range of £22000 to £24000 depending on relevant experience
