As the demand on provision of cancer services is continuously growing, new and innovative ways of working must be sought in order to meet the requirements of excellent patient care. We believe that new innovative posts such as this, which harness the excellent work pharmacy technicians do in supporting patient care, are the way forward, and are strongly supportive of developing our technicians in new and exciting ways.

The successful post holder will work closely with the cancer pharmacist team as well as the wider hospital teams, providing support within the outpatient and inpatient cancer service delivery.

The successful post holder will be based at the RDH site, but may be required to work cross-site, and there is potential for remote working days upon agreement with the recruiting manager.
