An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced candidate to join The Regional Development Programme at Norwich City Football Club in the role of Player Development Centre Coach for our Cambridgeshire region, this is for 1.5 hours per week on Monday evenings in either Linton & Northstowe. This is an excellent role for someone who possess the following qualifications and experiences.

  • Level 1 Coaching qualification with a UEFA C License/ FA Level 2 or higher in a football or above desirable
  • Experience of coaching young players
  • Emergency First Aid Certificate
  • Safeguarding Children Certificate

Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Planning and delivering training sessions in line with the RDP’s training philosophy.
  • Ensuring our players have fantastic experiences and fall in love with football.
  • Write end of season player progress reports
  • To act in a manner that supports the Club’s Values of Growth, Integrity, Belonging, Resilience, Pride and Commitment
