Job description
Position: Quality Manager
Location: Aldermaston, Reading Area
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
Working Pattern: 9-day fortnight
Clearance: Live DV clearance required
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures.
- Lead quality assurance activities, including audits and inspections.
- Collaborate with project teams to establish quality requirements.
- Provide guidance on quality processes and procedures.
- Monitor quality performance metrics and address issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience in quality management, preferably in nuclear industry.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Live DV clearance required.
