The role
We’re looking for someone to join our trusted team on fixed-term 6-month basis. You will be responsible for supporting all Revival services by taking referrals by phone, email, setting up customer cases, and booking in appointments for colleagues.
Job requirements
- Take referrals and deal with all enquiries from the Revival mailbox.
- Answer phone calls on our internal call system.
- Add cases on to our case manager system.
- Be responsible for cases and adding appointments, costs, and interventions where necessary.
- Be the first point of contact for many of our referrers.
- Support colleagues when necessary and working to a ‘one team approach’.
- Send out customer feedback forms and adding responses to our internal database.
- Manage incoming and outgoing daily post.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a similar role, or of completing admin tasks including scheduling appointments for several members of staff.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to fulfil contractual commitments for commissioned services.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and demands.
- Excellent ICT skills.
