Junior Grower | Lincolnshire Want to work for a small, but innovative, fast paced team? Are you looking to work for an industry leading horticultural business in Lincolnshire where you can make a difference? What's the job? You'll be responsible for the planning and growing of the glasshouse crop from seed to harvest, ensuring that sales forecast plans are always met within specified quality and safety standards. This glasshouse is high tech, so a key part of your job is to manage the automated control systems. You will be involved in all aspects of the growing process. They supply to retailers, so making sure the product is growing to different specs is important. What do I need? You'll already have some knowledge and experience of the growing process within a glasshouse and be keen to expand your knowledge. You might be a grower now, or a nursery assistant looking to take a step up. Either way, we want to hear from you. PA1 and PA6 would be great, but they'll train you if you don't have these. They want someone who will challenge the growing process, they want to improve product quality and want you to have an opinion. Who for?
