The Role
Our Systems & MI Data Team within Fleet People Operations here at Carnival UK work with large volumes of data for our crew to support the management and planning of our fleet and are excited to recruit a Data Performance Analyst. The primary duty is to ensure the team are aligned with operational needs, offering clear performance insights. Key responsibilities include:
Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK09 and is offered on a full time, permanent basis, with hybrid working in our Southampton office, a minimum of 3 days per week.

- Presenting insight to bring our data alive
- Monitoring performance and conducting quality control evaluations
- Identifying improvement areas and recommending strategies
- Providing visual reports for Month on Month, Year to Date, and Last Year trends
Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK09 and is offered on a full time, permanent basis, with hybrid working in our Southampton office, a minimum of 3 days per week.
About You
Fresh ideas and different perspectives are what excite us most and help us to succeed. Alongside bringing these to the role, you’ll also need:
- Experience in presenting data in a suitable format to various stakeholders, and being the voice for the team
- To have an inquisitive mindset
- Skills in Microsoft applications in Excel & PowerPoint. Power BI experience is beneficial.
