Main Responsibilities and Duties Booking appointments for patients with the appropriate medical professional Dealing with general enquiries from patients and visitors Assisting patients to complete new registration forms Supporting colleagues to maintain an efficient and friendly atmosphere Assisting with any other administration required. About you A customer service professional with a kind and courteous manner. You will have experience of working face to face and on the telephone with customers. You have high levels of accuracy and understand the importance of getting information correct at all times.



You are friendly and understanding with patients and offer support where you can. You will be used to a fast-paced environment with a varied task list and tight deadlines.
