The NASUWT is the leading Trade Union defending the interests of teachers and championing education across the UK. Hillscourt is the Union’s administrative headquarters and training facility. It is also a commercial hotel, conference centre, function and wedding venue and is set in 25 acres of its own attractive grounds in South Birmingham.

BAR PERSON (PART TIME)

• 
  Salary £9,959 per annum (£13.68 per hour) rising to £10,869 per annum (£14.93 per hour)


• 14 hours per week – working on a shift system 2 days over 7 including some evenings and weekends (flexibility is required)


• 48 days leave inclusive of closure days and public holidays


• Defined Benefit Pension Scheme


• Based in Rednal, Birmingham

You will be responsible for providing our bar and bistro service, ensuring that a professional, efficient and friendly service is maintained. The role will involve the effective control of bar stock, ensuring it is maintained to an appropriate level, as well as maintaining the required level of cleanliness in the bar and cellar areas.

You must be a team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to converse efficiently with both staff members and customers. Previous bar experience would be highly advantageous for the successful candidate.
