Applicants must already be qualified as an HLTA with experience of working across inclusion.

As a modern school, built in 2016, Chestnut Park benefits from state of the art technology within a modern, purpose built environment. Our School sits within an established cluster of Primary schools, overseen by a Regional Director. What We Are Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in delivering agreed learning intervention programs; adjusting activities according to pupil need to support and enrich learning
- Ability to deliver pastoral support within the school to address the needs of pupils who need particular help to overcome barriers to learning
- Experience in behaviour and anger management strategies
- Relevant Vocational Qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning
- Qualified HLTA

The Details:
Hours: 8:30am-3:30pm, term time 32.5 hours
Salary Pay Scales: Specialist Point 1 : FTE: £24,982.00 (Pro Rata : £19,402.38)
Location Attracts Outer London Weighting: Pro Rata £499.39 (FTE : £643.00 per annum)
