Job Description

Position: Business Support Administrator



Location: Edinburgh City Centre



Pay: £12.81 per hour



Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30-16:30



Start Date: ASAP



Are you a proactive individual with excellent communication skills? We are looking for a dedicated Business Support Administrator to join our team and contribute to the efficient operation of our services



Key Responsibilities:

Provide reliable business support through various channels: telephone, email, and online


Handle sensitive information following policies and confidentiality guidelines


Address customer issues and service requests promptly and professionally


Work within established timescales to meet legal and statutory obligations

Qualifications and Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills


Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality


Proficient in using various systems for processing service requests


Proactive and able to work within agreed timescales

Successful candidates will be required to apply for a Basic Disclosure, at a £25 cost to yourself.
