As our Fraud Operations team continues to expand to protect our customers and communities, we’re seeking a Fraud Operations Administrator to join our Milton Keynes team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.



You’ll play an important role supporting our fraud teams and helping to keep the bank and our customers safe from illegal activity. If this sounds like the type of role that you’d enjoy, we’d like to hear from you.



The difference you’ll make.



  • Supporting the Fraud team with various tasks to maximise efficiencies and help reduce fraud/customer losses


  • Calculating charges and interest


  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers


  • Enabling team members to protect the bank, our customers and our Shareholders against Financial Crime


  • Carrying out support functions (such as securing/recovering funds, loading cases, closing accounts and mailboxes)


  • Providing suggestions to improve the customer experience




What you’ll bring.



  • Previous experience working within a fraud or risk-based environment


  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work as part of a team and to own initiative




It would also be nice for you to have.



  • Good knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft packages


  • Knowledge or experience of fighting fraud and financial crime


  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure quality standards are maintained


  • Flexible, approachable and works well under pressure

This 12-month Fixed Term Contract role is based in our Unity Place - Milton Keynes office and our current expectation is at least 2 days in an office every week.
