We now have an exciting opportunity for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our Department.

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor you will be required to master the art of versatility and inject some energy whilst completing a variety of duties. The main duties expected within the role are:

• To ensure and help manage that guest reservations are book correctly onto the hotel booking system. Ensure updates on bookings are managed in a timely manner to ensure a service and occupancy is not compromised.


• To maximise on the sleeper dinner ratio within the hotel.


• To train on and serve food and drink to guests in line with the company SOP manual standards and within food hygiene regulations.


• To regularly communicate with the Kitchen team in regard to product availability, the length of wait, recook orders and menu questions.


• To inform the Kitchen team of any guest dietary requirements and allergies or any other special menu requests.


• To ensure the restaurant areas are kept clean, tidy and safe for use.


• To serve drinks to the company standard and in line with the licensing laws.


• Seek opportunities to improve the guest experience by gaining feedback to improve restaurant services.


• Ensure all F&B service standard audit procedures are adhered to.


• To be aware of the content of all menu items and upsell where possible.


• To meet individual targets as set by the F&B Manager.
