A new and exciting opportunity has become available working in the quality assurance team at ETAS. The role is part of a dynamic team who are based globally.

This is a rapidly evolving business, and the individual who works in this role is expected to innovate, drive process changes, and challenge the norm.

Whilst the skills defined in the Qualification section below are desirable, a positive attitude to learn new skills and a genuine interest in the subject are equally as important.

  • You coordinate the quality topics with the project partners involved, plan and carry out quality assurance, assess product maturity, define measures and issue approvals
  • You develop, implement and monitor quality KPIs and metrics for the solution field
  • You identify product risks and coordinate the problem-solving process, also using metrics and KPIs
  • In addition, you will advise employees and managers on quality issues, standards and regulations and support their efficient implementation
  • You can confidently apply common quality management methods and tools to software
  • Together with the Solution Fields, you will drive the agile further development and optimisation of the Q processes and our Integrated Management System

 



  • Knowledge of quality management
  • Knowledge of the automotive software engineering
  • Knowledge of Engineering methods (DRBFM, FMEA, FTA...), system engineering, ASPICE and functional safety (ISO 26262) as well as cyber security (ISO 21434)
  • Experience in audits and assessments
  • Affinity for data science and inital experience wtih data visulations and data analysis
  • Excellent English, written and spoken.
  • Self-driven and with the ability to work effectively in a team, as well as independently.
  • Interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Able to plan workload.

Travel requirements:  

Occasionally, depending on project needs, the successful candidate may be required to travel in the UK and internationally, for both customer meetings and technical meetings with Bosch colleagues.
