Do you have significant experience as a Senior Business Analyst, partnering with internal business leads to define and shape large, complex projects from business objectives  through discovery to implementation. 


Do you have advance level communication and stakeholder engagement skills?


Do you have experience defining requirements for large, global Financial or Human Resources ERP projects?

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst at a pivotal time of transition and change for the organisation 


The Role:

Oxfam GB is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to manage and develop a team and to partner with business stakeholders to Senior Project Manager to work alongside the Project Business Lead to direct, co-ordinate and control an ambitious Digital Transformation Portfolio of work

An ideal candidate for the role will also have/ be:



  • Experience as a senior business analyst on a significant ERP implementation

  • Experience of managing others

  • Experience of working with senior stakeholders in a complex global environment

  • Inspiring others and embedding culture change and transformation
