The Best Connection Newport is currently seeking experienced 3.5T drivers to work for our nationally recognized client based in Rogerstone. Our client specializes in home deliveries of furniture, where you will be making deliveries to the room of choice in residential properties. Deliveries will be made as part of a two-person team. This is a long-term ongoing position with the opportunity to go permanent after a successful qualifying period.

As an experienced 3.5T Van Driver, you will be responsible for delivering furniture to residential properties as part of a two-person team. You will ensure timely and professional delivery of goods to the room of choice. Attention to detail and customer service are essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a 3.5T van for home furniture deliveries.
Collaborate with a teammate to ensure efficient and careful handling of goods.
Make deliveries to the room of choice in residential properties.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

Valid UK driving license with 3.5T entitlement.
Previous experience in home deliveries or a similar role.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
Reliable and punctual with good time management skills.

Hours & Pay:

£12.05 per hour PAYE, Monday to Friday.
06:00am starts.
Modern fleet of vehicles.
