As part of the Customer Service team, you will be supporting a wide range of operations teams across Europe, undertaking a wide variety of tasks that are required to maintain the business supporting a growing Fuel Card Business

How you’ll make an impact


  • Logging of all customer queries and actioning where necessary

  • Working across multiple platforms / databases

  • Production of Customer Transaction files and reports

  • Provide support to customers using website / systems provided

  • Carry out data entry for Customers & cards

  • Answering phone call from customers – within set criteria and within parameters west out by the company

  • Liaising with all staff both in Manchester and in European Offices

  • Providing on-going support to colleagues and highlight training requirements to Team Leader

  • Investigating transaction declines & velocity queries

  • Advise Sales of customers commercial queries




Experience you’ll bring


  • Previous experience in a similar Customer Service Role

  • Ability to mentor, develop & improve skills of others

  • Adaptable to organisational changes

  • Excellent communication skills – written & verbal

  • Ability to build a powerful sense of ownership and teamwork

  • Establish and maintain co-operative and effective working relationships

  • Flexibility to provide cover for other positions with the ability to standing for Shared Services Manager

  • Make identifiable contributes to business objectives

  • Positively represent the company

  • Self-motivated, organised and can work on own initiative

  • Taking ‘ownership’ of problems
