Legal Audio Typist

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Audio Typist/Legal Secretary who is looking for a part time and hybrid role! The position is part time (21 hours per week, Wednesday - Friday).



What will you be doing?



This role provides a unique chance to play an essential role in a law firm, contributing to the comprehensive services offered by the team. You will be not only be trusted to work by your own guidance but as part of our successful Legal Support Team. You will be producing accurate audio typing with the transcription of our digital dictation using BigHand software and assisting with secretarial duties from g enerating legal documents, client reports, correspondence and case notes via our case management system to the creation of digital court bundles.



We want someone who is organised and can work in a fast-paced environment, as well as use their initiative!



What do I need?



Ideally you will have at least 2 years prior experience within a similar role in a high-volume environment.



You will need excellent organisation and communication skills, written and verbal as well as the ability to work within a team! You will also be competent at working with database systems and Microsoft packages such as excel and of course a p rofessional, personable with a can-do attitude and be able to work to tight deadlines and multitask.
