Order supplies and keep records of spending and compliance

Monitor sanitation practices ensuring to follow standards and regulations

Prepare, produce and present food in volume for a small group of residents

Be capable of working alone, but able to communicate well

Keep Health and Safety at heart of what you’re doing

What you bring:2 years of experience in hands-on cooking

Experience of working to strict food hygiene standards

Experience in following recipes and open to cooking many cuisines
