The Organisation & Performance (O&P) practice brings the transformation and performance improvement expertise to work hand-in-hand with L.E.K. sector experts, who bring deep market understanding. This enables to deliver tangible results corresponding to the defined strategy.

The EU O&P Practice Specialist will be a critical supporting role for the dedicated EU O&P regional team, in terms of IP generation, client development and project delivery.  In addition, the role will coordinate with O&P Practice Specialists in other regions (e.g., US).

Key role and responsibilities

Client development support

• Support proposal development process


• Preparation of client materials – in general and for specific meetings

Content management and IP development

• Manage IP content generation to ensure new content is created against pre-agreed targets – play process facilitation role as well as support in content production


• Organise practice content (e.g., CD / BD materials, IP / case delivery content, etc.) within our SharePoint / Teams community of practice

Tool management / development

• Become ‘superuser’ for core L.E.K. O&P tools – e.g., E.K. Catalyst and OEX Diagnostic


• Point of contact for partners and case teams looking to deploy and / or be trained in O&P tools


• Support the development of core tools, as well as identification of new tools – including developing working relationship with key 3rd party tool providers (e.g., Shibumi, 9Lenses)

Case team onboarding / training

• Become proficient in core O&P methodologies


• Responsible for onboarding / training case teams in relevant methodologies and tools for a new O&P project, as well as ensuring case teams are aware of / have access to key tools, templates, etc. to maximise effectiveness in case delivery


• Debrief with case teams at project end to ensure IP and tools are updated with new learnings

Practice operations management

• Preparation of business updates for practice/sector meetings


• Management of practice communications (e.g., leadership updates, newsletter)


• Enablement of team engagement activities (e.g., in-person workshops, all-hands)

Requirements

• Experience of IP rich environments where:
  
  
  • Bespoke methodologies are developed
  
  
  • Learnings from casework is leveraged to further IP development
  
  
  • Selling is ideas based and methodology rich
  
  
  
  


• Experience consulting to senior corporate clients in blue chip firms


• 2+ years consulting experience focused on O&P case work or similar (e.g., organisational strategy, performance improvement, post-merger integration, etc.)


• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills


• Polished and professional, with good communication skills


• Highly motivated and proactive
