The Role:


We are looking for lead mechanics across our tracks in London ensure that all our customers have a fun, engaging experience with us in a safe environment.


It's the role of a lead mechanic to make sure that the maximum number of karts are available at any given time for track sessions, whilst managing and training a small team of mechanics and working to TeamSport processes and procedures to make sure all administrative and reporting tasks are carried out.


Were looking for experienced mechanics or go karting enthusiasts with a technical mind to come and join our team. Some skills we would ideally be looking for are:



  • Proven experience as an experienced mechanic or in a similar technical role

  • Leadership skills, demonstrating the ability to motivate and train a team.

  • A commitment to safety and excellence in customer service.

  • Willingness to work within a fast-paced and energetic team environment.


Your Duties



  • Conduct monthly servicing of all karts in line withTeamSport guidelines.

  • Lead and train the track team in kart cleaning, ensuring fleet cleanliness is maintained at all times.

  • Contribute to the repair and maintenance of track.

  • Infrastructure to NKA standards, in compliance with track audits.

  • Execute all duties within the framework of track procedures and operational guidelines.
