Key Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth operation of the residential home in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

Play a pivotal role in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members.
Contribute to ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance team skills.

You should possess a Level 3 Children's Residential Qualification and ideally hold the Level 5 Diploma in Children's Residential Care or equivalent, with at least 2 years of management experience in a children's residential setting.
