A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Temporary Service Manager to join our rapidly expanding service based in Loughborough, Leicestershire.

Reporting to the Area Operations Manager, you will be accountable for the people management and development within the staff team. This is a key role in guaranteeing the quality of our service delivery. You will be self-motivated and have a passion for positive change and the confidence to make difficult decisions under pressure. Having strong interpersonal skills will be essential for this role with the ability to build effective relationships with staff and the people we support.

To be considered for this role you must have experience and knowledge within the social care sector, working with people with autism, mental health and behaviours that challenge.

You should also have experience leading teams in Learning Disability services.  Strong leadership is key to the success of our services. We want to recruit leaders who can demonstrate they have the potential to excel within our team orientated workplace.
