3Shape is a leading force in digital dental technology, transforming the industry with its innovative 3D scanners and CAD/CAM software. We're looking for a passionate Training & Application Specialist (Maternity Cover - 12 Months) to join our growing UK team.

The Opportunity

This role plays a vital part in building strong partnerships with our accounts. You'll deliver training and support, empowering them to achieve success and ensure exceptional service for our customers.

What You'll Do

• Provide training on 3Shape hardware (Trios Scanners) and software (CAD/CAM Unite) to 3Shape Partners/Resellers and Customers through a wide range of methods: such as face to face, virtual classroom, and webinars.


• Assist customers on an ongoing basis, acting as the 3Shape product specialist


• Develop training courses, materials, FAQs, and other learning content.


• Supporting Sales and Marketing teams, and/or its distributors at marketing events (virtual events, lectures and product demos during trade shows)


• Gather and share market feedback with 3Shape R&D.

Who You Are

• Dental background (e.g., Dental Technician, Dental Nurse or Dental Sales)


• Strong understanding of dental clinics and laboratory needs.


• Experience with 3Shape IOS (ideal).


• Proven ability to train on technical solutions (preferred).


• Passion for new technologies and dental CAD/CAM (ideal).


• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to customer success.


• Excellent communication skills to build trust and explain complex topics clearly.


• Positive, constructive, and highly service-minded attitude.


• Empathy and good intercultural skills.


• Full UK driver's license required.
