Join the Non-medical Clinical Education team as a new Clinical Education Facilitator looking after the delivery of the education and training for post-registration learners within a variety of projects in the workstream. 


You  will be joining a dynamic and diverse team comprising of Clinical Educational Leads for pre-registration, post registration and HCSW development.


Your role will be to support education for post-registration learners across multiple professions. This will cover main projects like Test of Competency preparation programme (OSCE), preceptorship, medical devices and clinical skills.  Part of the role will be to ensure there is high quality, high standard provision of education as part of the Post-registration workstream.


You will be expected to work Monday to Friday.  We can accommodate flexible working.

Main duties of the job



To work across CUH Trust promoting high quality education and support both clinically and educationally


Plan, implement and evaluate Trust wide blended learning programs for learners to enable competent evidence based care.


Work collaboratively in the planning, delivery and evaluation of clinical skills, eLearning and training programmes to meet Trust priorities for newly appointed and existing staff.


Facilitate the development of learners ensuring they develop appropriate competence and skills.


Facilitate mandatory training programmes to meet statutory and mandatory requirements.


Undertake corporate project work and evaluations linked to development, education and training.

A welcome subsidy of £1000 is available to all Band 5 and Band 6 Nurses, Midwives, ODPs and Radiographers taking up substantive employment with the Trust.
