Within the Local Taxation team Council Tax Assistant positions have become available.
As part of this busy team, you will primarily deal with all forms of customer contact in relation to Council Tax administration, collection, and recovery.
You will have substantial experience in an administrative customer service environment with excellent communications skills, both written and oral. Experience of using computer-based software applications is needed, ideally with some Council Tax collection knowledge.
Full training for the post will be provided.
