The Estates, Facilities, and Capital Development (EFCD) team at the University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust (UHS) are delighted to be able to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Contract Maintenance Manager, for a customer focussed, friendly and enthusiastic individual, as part of our expanding service.
As part of EFCD the successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation, management and support of maintenance contracts to the value of in excess of £500,000.
You will also be an integral part of the maintenance management and part take in an On-Call duty rota.
As a member of the estates band 6 management team, the post holder may be required to provide temporary backfill or support to other band 6 managers within the Estates Maintenance team.
£35,392 + On-Call payments (Including overtime and unsociable hours payments)

- Contract Deliver, including cost and efficiency savings.
- Communication with Multiple Discipline across the Trust
- Assist the Project team with your professional expertise
- Be consistent with current regulations and legislation
- Good Co-ordination Skills
- Attend and Chair on request Meetings
- Produce reports on contractor performance
- Authorised Person Duties (Medical Gas, Ventilation etc). Training will be provided).
- Duty Engineer On-Call
