The Role: Delivery Consultant


You'll make a real impact from day one, working alongside our most successful consultants. Providing sales and administrative support to your team, you will be:



  • Marketing jobs to our database of graduates, including via phone, emails and adverts on our website

  • Ensuring systems admin is up to date

  • Sourcing, screening and selecting the best candidates from internal and external databases

  • Telephone interviewing and qualifying suitability

  • Promoting the candidates you find to the consultants you work with

  • Arranging interviews and assessment days with the clients and candidates and preparing candidates in order to maximise their chances

  • Managing the interview feedback process and ultimately making and closing job offers


This is a 180 recruitment role, where you will focus solely on candidate delivery and management.

About You


You are a well organised multi tasker who takes pride in your work. As this is predominently a phone based role, you need strong and confident communication skills with the ability to build rapport. You are also motivated by KPIs and targets.


Any previous success working in recruitment, customer service or admin would be advantageous, although full training is given.
