We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operation Driver Support Admin. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our driver support team, facilitating efficient communication and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the driver support team in daily operations
- Organize and maintain driver records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Manage driver schedules and coordinate with other departments as needed
- Assist in the resolution of driver inquiries and issues in a timely manner
- Monitor driver performance and provide regular reports to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize driver support processes and systems
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

About You
- Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a logistics or transportation setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy
