Legal Property Assistant

We are seeking a Legal Property Assistant to join a highly-regarded legal firm in Ipswich.

You will join a growing team, providing vital support to fee earners. With a positive and professional approach, excellent attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving skills, you'll thrive in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining client and contact databases


• Processing residential property forms and documents


• Supporting file management and office systems


• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders


• Ensuring work is completed to high standards and deadlines are met

To be considered, you will have:

• Previous residential property experience preferred


• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office


• Enthusiastic team player with excellent organizational skills


• Experience within conveyancing is highly desirable.
